RESIDENTIAL FLIPS, COMMERCIAL CONVERSION AND LAND DEVELOPMENTS

Real Property Ventures buy land, residential or commercial properties which are currently not being used or are derelict and improve it by building upon it or repairing/renovating it. A Commercial Property to Residential Conversion, in simple terms, is transforming a commercial property – this is usually an office or workshop area – into a residential property, whether it’s a block of flats, a House of Multiple Occupation or a single dwelling. Land Development is when we buy a piece of land with or without planning and then build houses, flats or commercial units. Flips is where we buy a house, carry out a refurb and sell it for a higher price than what we paid for it.
